Metric Thunder Terms & Conditions

WARRANTY & GENERAL POLICY
All products sold by Metric Thunder
carry manufacturer’s warranty. Metric Thunder makes no other warranty
as to products distributed by us, expressed, or implied, including without
limitation any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Metric
Thunder will, however, pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer, who
has sole responsibility for performing such warranties.
The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or
property arising from the design, manufacture, and testing of its products,
and Metric Thunder accepts no liability for such damages. In the event that
any damage to a person or property arises from the method of installation of
the product, the installing party may be liable for such damages.
Please note that if you do identify
either a defect or other problem with the product, DO NOT INSTALL THE
ITEM as it will void the warranty.
Metric Thunder is not be
liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Performance parts, including but not
limited to exhaust systems, may be subject to state or local legal
emissions or decible requirements. Purchases of
products that may be in violation of state or local laws are the sole
responsibility of the buyer. It is also the buyer's responsibility to be in
compliance with DOT rules and regulations relative to the country, state,
city or local regions where they intend to ride.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
All goods are carefully packed and in
good condition when shipped. Claims must be made with the shipping carrier,
not with Metric Thunder.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final except for defects
in manufacturing. However it is our intent to treat all reasonable requests
in a fair and equitable manner. Please do not return merchandise without
prior approval from Metric Thunder. No returns will be accepted after
fifteen (15) days. Returns must be pre-authorized, and sent prepaid.
Merchandise is not returnable once
installed. All parts, including exhausts, should be thoroughly inspected
for defects in the chrome or other damage before installation onto the
bike. If any defects are detected you must notify us immediately by
telephone or email. Once you have installed the part it is not
returnable. Any defects or other problems must be detected and reported
to us BEFORE installation.
Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of the shipping
date. Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee PLUS All shipping charges(*).
Unauthorized returns are subject to a 30%
restocking fee PLUS all shipping charges(*).
*Shipping Charges include any free
shipping paid by Metric Thunder in addition to return freight charges.
PRICES
Metric
Thunder reserves the right to modify prices without notice and to bill at
the prevailing price at the time of shipment.
