The Blues Trike
Jim JC really has all the bases covered!
He owns cars, trucks, motorhomes, horses, motorcycles and now this eye-catching baby blue trike.
Jim recently dropped by the shop to pick up a set of whitewalls for his son’s 1500LC. When he turned up on this three wheeled machine I bolted for the camera.
Jim let me take it for a spin, (my first time on a trike). It doesn’t ride like a motorcycle or a car. Although it felt a bit awkward keeping my feet on the floorboards at stop lights, it didn’t take long to adjust. Sure does feel quite different in the turns, just can’t quite lean it the way you would on two wheels.
Powered by a VW engine, the dual exhaust sounds pretty cool on acceleration.
Congratulations Jim, you are the very first trike to make it as a Thunder Rider!
