As you can probably tell from our new YouTube Tuesday category as well as our Thunder Radio and Thunder Riders sections, we love the lifestyle. We also enjoy getting you just exactly what you want and when you want it.

But things happen. And we work with our clients to assist them in making sure they are satisfied with Metric Thunder. It’s our commitment to our clients and to our organization. So we are doubly pleased when we receive unsolicited response about our customer service.

You know what, I’m impressed that you are willing to cancel my order without shafting me with some kind of fee. That is rare these days. If your offer for a gift certificate and T-shirt is still open, I would like to do that. Your establishment obviously thinks of buisiness and customers in the long run, not just for today. I thought your website was cool, but your service and committment to customer satisfaction makes me want to give you my business. Thanks!
